Good to Know
Outdoor Events & What to Expect
We love styling outdoor celebrations. Here's what Florida weather means for your balloon décor, and how we help you plan around it.
What outdoor weather can do
-
Balloons may pop or deflate sooner than they would indoors
-
Direct sun can leave them looking duller or slightly matte over time
-
Wind can shift or move pieces out of place
-
Overall, outdoor installs simply don't last as long as indoor ones
How we recommend setting up
-
Pick a shaded spot on your property whenever you can
-
Set up under a tent, awning, or covered patio for the best protection
-
When possible, bring the installation indoors — it'll hold up the longest
Please note before booking outdoors
We always use professional, event-grade balloons — but once they're outside, heat, wind, rain, and direct sunlight are simply out of our hands. Booking an outdoor setup means it's placed at your discretion, and we can't guarantee how long it will hold up once the elements get involved.
We'll always be upfront with you about the risks for your specific space, so you can make the call that's right for your event.
We're still here to make it beautiful
Outdoor events can absolutely look incredible with the right placement and a little planning. If you're not sure what setup makes sense for your space, just ask we're happy to help you figure out the best option before your big day.
